Synchrodogs

Synchrodogs is a duo of FINE artists from Ukraine, Roman Noven and Tania Shcheglova, collaborating since 2008. Together they pursue questions of environmental mindfulness and education via art, investigating the complex relationship of human and nature and the new ways the Earth begins to look like as a result of their fragile codependence, highlighting juxtaposition of natural and artificial, real and surreal via multidisciplinary artistic approach.

Roman Noven — CEO & Creative Director, Synchroray studio, an award-winning fine artist, speaker, MSc Technology.

Working across installations, conceptual and fashion photography, sound, CGI, and AI VFX, his practice explores how form, idea, and technology directly influence perception, emotional response, and human attention.

Roman has developed a proprietary technology Resonance, that enhances presence, emotional resonance, retention, and engagement in AI-generated and digitally produced content. This technology is fully integrated into Synchroray studio’s workflows, ensuring that clients receive content that is energetically charged, perceptually alive, and emotionally embodied — delivering higher engagement, longer session duration, stronger replay value, and deeper emotional connection.
